(CNMC), including Niu Jianhua, Lyu Bo, Zhang Cheng, and Lin Wanli, visited CNMC's key resource development projects and projects involving international production capacity cooperation in Singapore and Indonesia from October 8 to 15.

A delegation of external directors of China Nonferrous Metal Mining (Group) Co., Ltd. (CNMC), including Niu Jianhua, Lyu Bo, Zhang Cheng, and Lin Wanli, has discussions with representatives of CNMC New Bridge Logistics and Trading Pte. Ltd., a second-tier subsidiary of CNMC, in Singapore.

The delegation visited the Dairi Lead-Zinc Mine, a project operated by PT Dairi Prima Mineral (PT DPM), which is a subsidiary of China Nonferrous Metal Industry's Foreign Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd. (NFC).

They learned firsthand about the progress in the construction of the mine access roads, lead-zinc concentrator, and temporary warehouses, among other facilities.

At the sites of the copper concentrator expansion project and the copper smelter operations and maintenance (O&M) project for PT Amman Mineral Internasional Tbk (AMMAN) in Indonesia, the delegation received a detailed update on the construction progress in the concentrator expansion project's grinding workshop and flotation section, and inspected the current operations of the concentrate storage facility, central control room, main smelting plant, and electrolytic workshop of the smelter O&M project.

The delegation also heard relevant work reports from the Singapore- and Indonesia-based subsidiaries of NFC, China 15th Metallurgical Construction Group Co., Ltd. (15MCC), and CNMC International Trading Co., Ltd. (CNIT).

Indonesia is a key market in CNMC's overseas business strategy, according to the external directors, who noted that building on its international operating experience, the Group is advancing cooperation in critical mineral resources through the Dairi Lead-Zinc Mine Project and expanding international production capacity cooperation through the AMMAN projects.

In Singapore, it is also working to develop an integrated service platform for trade, logistics, and finance, further strengthening its presence in Southeast Asia, said the external directors.

They recognized the coordinated efforts of CNMC's overseas subsidiaries in supporting the Group's role as a major state-owned enterprise in contributing to high-quality international cooperation under the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI).
